CHECK-IN | From 15.00 pm onwards
You can check-in to our hotel until 23.00 pm. Whenever you arrive after 23.00 pm, please contact the hotel.

CHECK-OUT | Until 11.00 am
Would like to stay longer? That is possible depending on the availability. The room will be made available for you until 17.00 pm for € 10.00 per person.

EXTRA COSTS
The prices of our hotel packages and hotel rooms are including:

• € 1.70 Tourist Tax per person per night

REMAINING COSTS

• Whenever you have a preference for a specific luxury themed room with bubble bath, we can secure this room for € 7.50.
• Changing the dates of the hotel reservation (until 1 week before arrival) is € 15.00 per room
• Cancellation insurance is € 3.50 per person per night

PACKAGES

• Prices of the packages are per person and based upon a stay for two people.
• When only one person utilises a certain package, this person will be placed on a single room and charged a fee of € 16.00 per night extra.
• Children above the age of 12 (>11) are treated as adults.
• Children between the age of 3-11 receive a 50% discount on the packages (with a stay of two full paying guests)
• Children between the age of 0-2 can stay here for free (excluding the costs for a cot and with a stay of two full paying guests)

CANCELLATION
We follow the Uniform Conditions for the hotel in case of cancellations.

9.2.2 Groups

If a reservation for accommodation alone, whether or not with breakfast included, was made for a group then in case of cancellation of the said reservation the following applies (unless stipulated otherwise in writing).

In case of cancellation before the time that according to the hospitality agreement the first hospitality service shall need to be provided, hereinafter referred to as: the “start date”, the customer is held to pay the following percentages of the reservation value to the hospitality business in case of cancellation:
More than 3 months before the start date 0%
More than 2 months before the start date 15%
More than 1 month before the start date 35%
More than 14 days before the start date 60%
More than 7 days before the start date 85%
7 days or less before the start date 100%

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We recommend to include a cancellation insurance in your package. A cancellation insurance can be arranged until two days after the reservation has been made for € 3.50 per person per night.

DEPOSIT
During large events (such as the 'Fiets4Daagse' and/or the TT Assen) and with a reservation for a Golf Package, we can ask you to pay a deposit to ensure your reservation.
