Game is the description of all the animals that live in the freedom of nature and are legaly allowed to be hunted. Game meat is available all troughout the year because different animals are hunted in different parts of the year. The culinairy game-season starts on the 15th of Oktober, and ends on the 31st of December.
The taste of game meat is best described as 'different'. The typical flavor derives from the eating habbits of the free roaming animal and from exercise the animal gets in the free nature. This way the meat is better perfused, which makes it a darker colour and a fuller flavor.
