Family Hotel Holland | Our hotel is ideal for holidays with families. Not only is there a lot to do in this province, we also offer perfect rooms to stay in with a family. We also have a nice restaurant with an extensive menu and a children's menu for the children.
Family rooms
Our luxury theme suites are specially designed to stay on with a family. These rooms are on two floors and each has a unique theme. These themes are tied to sights in the province. These rooms have a luxurious bathroom on the ground floor, a king-size bed with smart TV and on the top floor there is a sofa bed, smart TV, desk with chair and, of course, a free-standing bath. All ingredients so to enjoy optimally with a family.
The themes are: WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo, Vincent van Gogh in Drenthe, TT Circuit Assen, Jail museum Veendam, Hunebedden center, Museum village Orvelte and a round in Drenthe.
Restaurant
In our restaurant with the family you can eat delicious food. In addition to a menu especially for children, we also have a nice play corner for children and of course our large playground next to the terrace. This way, mom and dad can quietly enjoy a delicious drink and snack and at the same time keep an eye on the children. Our employees are also very fond of children and therefore always like to serve them as well. This makes it the ultimate experience for the whole family.
Drenthe
There is a lot to do in Drenthe. It is a nice holiday resort especially for children. It naturally starts with the beautiful nature in which the hotel is located, but also the sights. The museum village of Orvelte is a short distance from the hotel, where people still live and work as they used to. You can drive here by car, but also walk during a beautiful hiking route. In addition, this province is very interesting in terms of history. For example, there are still many traces of prehistory. The infamous 'hunebedden' are known throughout the Netherlands. These monuments can still be found frequently in Drenthe. You can also visit the Hunebedden center in Borger, which tells you everything about the history in Drenthe.
